I understand that this deposit is partially refundable subject to our terms below.
With regard to the waiting list:
When kittens are born and pictures are taken, the breeder, Josie Gallegos will email pictures or have them on her website and contact each individual as their name appears on the waiting list for them to either:
1) Pick out their kitten, or
2) pass and wait on another kitten of their choosing.
The breeder, Josie Gallegos, reserves the right to hold back any kittens that she chooses to keep for herself.
Breeder reserves the right of refusal of the sale of said kitten for any reason at any time, if we choose to do so and if money was sent all monies will be returned.
I agree to all terms and understand the deposit is partially refundable but I understand that I will have the option to pass on kittens until the right one comes along.
Partially Refundable Deposit Terms
A $150 partially refundable deposit is required to hold any kitten. When interest in one of our kittens is expressed, the kitten will be labeled as "Reserved" until the deposit is received. We allow a maximum of three business days to receive the deposit in check by mail before removing the "Reserved" status and replacing it with "Sold". If by three business days a deposit is not received for the kitten, it will be returned to an "Available" status for the next interested party.
A partially refundable deposit is only refundable if:
The kitten becomes very ill (incurable and/or life threatening).
The kitten dies.
The seller is unable to secure travel arrangements.
The kitten turns out to be high quality and the breeder prefers to keep the kitten for the breeding program.
A partially refundable deposit means the deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE IF:
The buyer is unable to secure travel arrangements.
The kitten is not the desired color (deposit may be transferred to a different kitten).
The potential buyer CHANGES his/her mind about wanting the kitten.
Deposits may be transferred if there is another available kitten or transferred to a kitten from an up and coming litter. NO CASH REFUNDS.
Balance
If paying with check, or if we are meeting half way or are completely delivering the kitten to you, the balance will be due two weeks before delivery.
There will be a $50 fee for delivery cost and my time that is also in full two weeks before delivery. This gives the check time to clear the bank. Please note that there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks!
If paying with cash, the balance in cash is due upon pick-up or delivery of the kitten. We will NOT accept checks as final payment. If you bring a check, you will not get the kitten that day and we will have to postpone your pick up or delivery date to allow time for the check to clear.

If you are going to be using PayPal, please add 3% to your transaction amount, this pays for the fee that is taken from my account for you to use PayPal.

A note to purchaser: When the seller and purchaser agree to a verbal sale, the breeder, Josie Gallegos, must receive a PayPal payment within 24 hours or a check within three business days. In the event I do not receive the deposit to hold your kitten, it will be marked "FOR SALE" again for the next interested party.
Do not make a deposit if you are merely "considering" purchasing a kitten. If you do and then change your mind, your deposit will NOT be refunded as I may have lost out on a serious sale in the meantime due to the kitten being marked "RESERVED" or "SOLD".
Breeder Quality: Strong pedigree, no faults that would disqualify, could be shown and championed, but more likely to be best used in the breeding program rather than shown.
Show Quality: Strong pedigree, no faults that would disqualify, could be shown, championed, and probably Grand Championed if shown in good condition, excluding extinuating circumstances.
Top Show Quality - a cat of rare quality in both pedigree and type that not only should Grand Champion, but could go beyond Grand to Regional or National Winner.
